About me.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been interested in people’s stories. For 15 years, I worked in the New York City dance world. I love how in dance, stories can be expressed in non-verbal ways. You might not be able to say exactly what happened, but you know how it made you feel.
Becoming a psychotherapist was a natural next step for me. I like to bring aspects of a creative process into my work with clients. I know firsthand how easy it is to get caught up in the fast-paced nature of this city. I find it meaningful to provide a space for introspection and slowing down.
As a white person, I am committed to my own ongoing anti-racist work. If you have concerns about how racial difference or other kinds of difference might impact our work together, I encourage you to contact me to discuss.
